Pongo Adds President's Role, Taps Company Vet Powers To Fill It

Marketing-agency Pongo has promoted 10-year company veteran Hartley Powers to creative director-president, a new role at the firm.

Powers’ new responsibilities include creative oversight, team and client management, and working with founder-CEO Tom McGough on long-term planning for the 30-year-old shop.

The Hollywood-based agency’s clients include Disney, Nat Geo, CBS, Fox and ABC.

Powers “has always been the literal ‘unicorn’ teammate that we all hope to find,” stated McGough. “With her client relationships and deep insights into their creative needs, she will play an essential role with me in guiding Pongo’s future."
