Tinuiti, a digital agency formerly known as Elite SEM, has named Ryan McGuire as VP of CRM and email.

The agency is at “a pivot point with our CRM and email offerings," states Abby Stone, Tinuiti's senior vice president of media, to whom McGuire will report.

As head of Tinuiti's CRM and Email team, McGuire will be tasked with delivering an enhanced CRM product, identifying and moving to adopt emerging technologies and supporting the expansion of Tinuiti’s cross-channel CRM offering.

McGuire, who has 13 of experience on both the agency and client side, previously served Carter's/OshKosh, working to optimize CRM spend across channels. Prior to that, he worked at Luxottica.

In addition to rebranding itself, Tinuiti recently acquired the agencies CPC Strategy, Email Aptitude and OrionCKB.
