Litmus has debuted an updated version of its tool for streamlining the email marketing workflow, featuring enhanced engagement analytics and reporting, the company says.
Users can view “the status of all campaigns and reviewer input, and new campaign-level dashboards enable marketing leaders to identify what resonates most with their customers and apply insights from those top-performing campaigns,” states Erik Nierenberg, CEO of Litmus.
Several features, including Litmus Builder, Proof, Checklist, and Email Analytics are now integrated into one view, the company says.
Also, the solution consolidates reviews, approvals and tasks. Finally, brands have access to aggregated reporting and campaign-level dashboards.
One client, Topgolf, says the capability “has streamlined our email creation, testing, and review process, eliminating the back and forth of hopping between tools and saving several hours per email,” states Andrea Goreczky, email marketer with Topgolf.
According to Litmus, the redesigned service provides the ability to create folders and subfolders to sort emails, a spam test, and deeper integrations with such ESPs as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Mailchimp, Eloqua, Marketo, and Campaign Monitor.
