Key Bank is appointing Publicis Groupe's Epsilon and Fallon Worldwide as its agencies of record beating out two other finalists in a competitive review.

Publicis landed this business largely because of the 25 year relationship between Key Bank and the Groupe's recently acquired Epsilon. The Richards Group served as the incumbent.

The  remit encompasses brand strategy and creative, media strategy, buying and planning, creative strategy and production; personalized marketing, CRM, direct mail, direct response and email marketing.

Epsilon and Fallon will also lead the teams at Key Bank and its partners in launching a new omni-channel platform. Their first work will debut in early 2020.
