LA agency The Many is reshuffling its strategy team to enable founding partner, strategy, Christian Jacobsen, to focus on growth and brand building of the agency itself. The agency changed its name change from Mistress to The Many earlier this year.
Under this new realignment, Melissa Cabral is upped from director of strategy to group strategy director.
Kristin Busk shifts from social strategy director to the new role of director of social innovation. Reporting dually into brand strategy and The Many’s team of executive creative directors, the role is designed to blend Busk's experience engaging influencers and social strategy with creative execution.
Concurrently, Andrew Cunningham will move into Busk's former role as social strategy director. Most recently, Cunningham was associate director of social and content strategy at Campbell Ewald and has also led the strategic social marketing practices for agencies such as AKQA, Huge and CP+B.
