Under a new retail partner program deal with Dish Network, members of INCOMPAS, the internet and competitive networks trade association, can offer Dish TV video and streaming services within the United States.

Dish platforms in the deal include Hopper 3 (a whole-home DVR with integrated apps including Netflix, YouTube and Pandora, voice remote and the ability to simultaneously record up to 16 live shows); Dish Anywhere (a TV everywhere streaming app); and Dish Outdoors (live TV solutions for tailgating, camping, off-roading or RV-ing.

Also included: Sling TV and Air TV (an Android-based OTT streaming device, optimized for Sling TV, that integrates local over-the-air channels into one guide and one remote and offers full access to the Google Play Store).
