Mcgarrybowen is reorganizing to introduce a more integrated global offering and single leadership structure.
Under the reorganization, Gordon Bowen, founder and Global Chairman of mcgarrybowen and Global Chief Creative Officer of Dentsu, announced he will combine U.S. and global offices under a unified brand umbrella.
Bowen will oversee the global brand vision for this new global structure and ensure that it is executed in all markets as the flagship creative agency within the Dentsu Aegis Network.
Bowen's leadership team will include Jennifer Zimmerman, Global Chief Strategy Officer who will continue her role in providing strategic counsel to the agency and its global clients.
Ned Crowley will assume the title of Global Chief Creative Officer and Jon Dupuis will be appointed to a new position as global president, taking on responsibility for the agency’s U.S. and global offices. This role for Dupuis comes following nearly 10 years of leading the American Express business globally.
“At mcgarrybowen, we have been on an incredible journey and are dedicated to solving business challenges our clients face," stated Bowen. Those at the agency, he added, are “committed to ensuring we can deliver across the customer journey—no matter where that customer calls home."
