Performance marketing agency ForwardPMX, part of The Stagwell Group is elevating James Townsend from global managing director to Global Chief Executive Officer. 

Townsend is replacing Martin McNulty, who will be moving on to pursue other opportunities. 

Among other duties, Townsend is tasked with accelerating talent development, driving client business and further advancing the agency’s consultancy, technology and brand performance offerings.
