Starting Feb. 3, Stewart will be tasked with overseeing the Groupe’s diversity and inclusion (D&I) initiatives in the U.S. and leading the Talent Engagement & Inclusion (TE&I) Council.

Stewart’s arrival coincides with the Groupe’s decision to form a global D&I Steering Committee. Under Anne-Gabrielle Heilbronner, Secretary-General and Directoire Board member, this group will include D&I leaders and Chief Talent Officers from various countries to develop a global agenda and best practices.

Renetta McCann, Publicis Groupe Chief Inclusion Experience Officer, will take the lead in putting the group together and assembling key talent leadership, building the agenda and activities related to best practices as well as specific programs designed to foster greater impact by existing local D&I activities.
