The Telegraph is openly questioning whether Ofcom will truly have the power to regulate the internet. The paper outlines that it is a massive task and one the body will apparently be expected
to achieve without the fear of it being able to fine individual bosses of social media companies or have them answer accusations of failing to protect users in the courts.
