"Grounded" at LA's Goya Studios in March.

Attendees can take advantage of wellness activities such as workouts, self-care workshops and panels.
Grounded’s Body Garage, which offers back-to-back fitness classes, will be headlined by “Tone It Up”’s Karena Dawn and Katrina Scott.
Dawn and Scott will be
accompanied by fitness experts Koya Webb and LIT Method with Taylor and Justin Norris. Core Hydration is sponsoring a core-focused class with LIT Method. The brand will also supply guests with water
samples throughout the day and a post-workout Find Your Core photo booth.
Other sponsored experiences include Natural Vitality CALM’s The Rest Spot, a motel featuring immersive rooms
designed around the five senses, an interactive art mural by U by Kotex and a dance party at The Body Garage hosted by Nature’s Way Alive! featuring a sampling station and branded giveaway.
Nature’s Way Alive! will host Zen workshops inspired by Alive! Fatigue Fighter at The Rest Stop.
“PopSugar’s audience is fitness- and wellness-obsessed, and we saw
that passion and enthusiasm really come to life at our ‘Play/Ground’ festival,” stated Lisa Sugar, president-founder of PopSugar.
Play/Ground is in its third year,
reporting doubled revenue
year-over-year.
