The Independent, the "MailOnline" website has been reported to press watchdog IPSO over revealing too much detail about the case of Caroline Flack's death. Editorial rules, which
the site has signed up to, forbid detailing cause of death when people are believed to have take their own lives in case it encourages others to follow suit.
