Havas Unit Unveils New Communications Program To Get Businesses Up And Running Quickly Again

Red Havas, the PR, social and experiential arm of Havas Group, has unveiled what its calling the Red Rapid Recovery Program.

It’s designed to help businesses shuttered by lockdown orders to quickly get back up to speed once they open their doors for business again.

The firm will do some research, assess best practices from markets that have already opened and identify challenges in communicating with target audiences.

Then, it will put together a communications plan that utilizes PR and social-media tactics, as well experiential marketing, if conditions permit, subject to current COVID-19 guidelines and restrictions.

“We know many organizations are stretched thin responding to the immediate needs of employees and external stakeholders, so we wanted to provide a framework that can help them look ahead and structure proactive communications for the recovery phase,” said James Wright, global CEO, Red Havas.

The new program is being piloted with pro bono partner Project HOPE, a global health and humanitarian relief organization that supports health workers at the forefront of COVID-19.
