Syniti, a global data management firm, has appointed Janet Mesrobian as senior vice president and general counsel.
Mesrobian will manage all aspects of Syniti’s legal, commercial and
compliance matters.
“As we continue to evolve as an organization, the need for a wide-ranging view of legal and compliance matters is necessary,” states Kevin Campbell, CEO of
Syniti.
Campbell adds that Mesrobian will “help us manage risk as we work to double the size and marketplace impact of our business.”
Mesrobian previously worked in
leadership positions at Pegasystems and Harvard Pilgrim Health Care.
Syniti, formerly known as BackOffice Associates, helps clients with data management, analytics, information governance and
data strategy.
