Validity, the provider of email deliverability services through its  Return Path brand, has named Gary Hall as its chief financial officer. 

Hall, who will work with Chairman and CEO Mark Briggs and the executive team, expects to help Validity “in all its upcoming financial initiatives, especially through these next exciting quarters.”

Previously, Hall was CFO of Casa Systems, Inc., an ultra-broadband solutions provider, where he helped lead the firm through growth and to an IPO.

Hall has also served as CFO of eCopy, a provider of document management. 

Validity also recently named Frank Capecci as senior vice president of human resources and promoted Ryan Pfenninger to the position of chief technology officer.

Formed two-and-a-half years ago, Validity has “five acquisitions now under our belt and a loyal, global customer base of thousands of the world’s leading companies,” Briggs states. 

The company’s product suite includes DemandTools, BriteVerify, Return Path, Trust Assessments, 250ok, and GridBuddy.
