Email marketing service provider Mailchimp is planning to relocate to larger headquarters in Atlanta.  

The firm will move from its current location in Ponce City Market to 300,000 square feet of office space in the Fourth Ward Project, two blocks south of its current location, in late 2022. 

While the company’s employees are now working from home due to COVID-19, the now headquarters will be “a blank canvas for us to design what the future of working at Mailchimp looks like,” states co-founder Dan Kurzius. 

The company moved into its current location, which is comprised of 213,000 square feet of space, in 2015. Over 800 of its 1,200 employees are spread over four floors.
