Planet Propaganda is elevating Emily Steele from account director to managing director, a new role at the independent agency. She will be tasked with driving both the financial and cultural health of the business, leading and managing all non-creative department directors, and overseeing client relationships, services and processes.

The agency is also upping Katie Roach to head of production from her role as executive producer, while Andrea Slotten moves from production to operations director, and Mckenzie Halling is promoted to account executive from account coordinator.
