A week after Wendy’s launched a new fried chicken sandwich and campaign, Zaxby’s is out with its own new tasty chicken treat called the Zaxby’s Signature Sandwich and accompanying campaign. 

The brand, which has 907 stores in 17 states, is testing the new sandwich in five markets: Louisville, Knoxville, Lexington, Tri-Cities and Nashville.
