Omnicom Health Group has appointed Tom Edwards Chief Digital Officer. He succeeds Jo Ann Saitta who left the company at the end of the year for a similar post at W2O Group.
He is tasked with expanding the Health Group’s strategic services and enhancing data platforms as well as integrating those services and platforms across the broader Omnicom network. He reports to Ed Wise, CEO of Omnicom Health Group.
Previously Edwards was CMO at Tripleclix, a gaming-focused agency that develops marketing partnerships for game publishers. Earlier he was Chief Digital & Innovation Officer at Epsilon, now part of Publicis Groupe.
The appointment marks Edwards’ return to the Omnicom fold. Earlier in his career he was executive vice president of strategy & innovation, digital, for The Marketing Arm.
