Telestax has debuted a tool that it says enables firms to conduct high-volume email, SMS and voice from one application.
The new solution, Campaign Manager, allows global communications
companies and their enterprise customers “to create large volume sends with efficiency,” states Paul Doscher, chief executive officer of Telestax.
The company notes that
email sending applications are ubiquitous, but that it is a more nuanced job to build SMS and voice campaigns.

One firm, Broadband Dynamics, says Campaign Manager helps it service clients.
