Where Are They Now?

Last September, Omnicom Media Group shook up the U.S. management ranks at two of its big media agencies: PHD and Hearts & Science. 

Ralph Pardo replaced Erin Matts as CEO at H&S, while Catherine Sullivan succeeded Nathan Brown as CEO at PHD.

At the time, OMG said Matts would take on another role within the group, and we now know what that role is. She has been named Chief Experience Officer and head of Omnichannel at Omnicom Precision Marketing Group, led by Luke Taylor, to whom Matts will report.

Prior to heading H&S Matts was CEO at OMG’s data and analytics specialist Annalect.

And Brown has landed nicely, as well, returning to Interpublic media agency UM, where he is now Global Chief Strategy Officer.

Before leaving to run PHD US for six years, Brown was at UM for eight years, including a stint as executive vice president and managing director of the New York office.
