Healthcare-focused W2O Group is changing its name to
Real Chemistry as part of the network’s broader rebrand to integrate the 12 acquisitions, service expansions, and staff that have joined the company over the past 20 years.
“Over
the years, we’ve gradually added people, disciplines, technologies and products to evolve with the rapidly changing healthcare industry and create real impact in partnership with our
clients,” says Jim Weiss, founder/CEO, Real Chemistry. “To meet the increasing healthcare challenges of today, we must evolve further.”
The name was specifically selected to
reflect this “new era,” explains Weiss. “Like chemistry, the ways for us to come together are limitless.”
Under the makeover, all executive leadership, corporate
functions, such as operations, finance and human resources, as well as key shared services, including data and analytics, will sit at the Real Chemistry corporate platform. This network will remain
under one P&L to better enable separate units to collaborate and connect across services and solutions.

“Innovation in healthcare has never been faster or more
important,” states Weiss. “That is why this moment is about so much more than a new name or approach. It’s about how our ethos of action, our two decades of intentional evolution and
our drive for constant improvement helped us create what we see as the real chemistry between people and the brands born to change their lives.”
