It’s been a busy couple of weeks for Omnicom in the
M&A department. Last week the company’s Healthcare division acquired Archbow Consulting.
Today the company announced that its own consulting unit, Credera, part of the firm’s
Precision Marketing Group, has agreed to purchase control of Areteans, which specializes in the design, delivery, CRM and other digital transformation services.
According to Omnicom Areteans
serves some of world’s biggest brands across banking, insurance, consumer products, telecom, and government and has a presence in Australia, India (where it is based), New
Zealand, Singapore, and the UK.
Areteans will retain its brand and will continue to be led by the founding team of CEO Mahesh Agrawal, Chief Technology Officer Sidhartha
Mohanty, and the rest of its current executive management team.
Established in 2017 by industry veterans Douglas Bock, Kevin Cast, and DeWayne Manning, Archbow
helps pharmaceutical and biotech companies design, build, and optimize market access operations, product distribution, and patient access hubs. The founders will continue to lead the company
which becomes part of the Health Group’s Entrée Health network.
