Raedium Digital Now Being Liquidated: Report

Raedium Digital, an email agency based in Melbourne, Australia, has closed its doors, owing AUS $2 million, according to Mumbrella. 

The company, which went into voluntary liquidation late last month, had only AUS $97 in the bank.

Creditors have been trying to collect for months, Mumbrella reports. There are 50 creditors, the largest of which is the Australian tax office, which is owned $500,000, it continues.

Other creditors include Mindshare Melbourne, ($27,000); Voban Digital( $22,533); One Click Wonder ($62,500); and Permission Corp $31,368).

In addition, staffers are owed wages. 

The company was founded in 2008 and registered with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission in 2013. Its clients included Ford, Carnival Cruise Lines, Tourism Tasmania and the Victorian Government.

Raedium Digital went into voluntary liquidation at the end of March after it ceased trading in late February, according to PKF.
