Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Company (MassMutual) has named Grey as its new lead creative agency of record, following a competitive review. Grey's flagship New York headquarters will lead the
business and be responsible for brand advertising, strategy, and integrated marketing efforts across channels. Johannes Leonardo (JL) and MassMutual mutually agreed to end their partnership at the end
of 2020, and JL did not participate in the review.
