Marketing Firm ACC Network Strikes Hollywood Talent Deal

The  Acceleration Community of Companies (ACC), a two+ year-old network of marketing, media and communications agencies is joining forces with Todd Garner from Broken Road Productions to provide ACC business units and their clients with access to top-tier creative talent for content.

The deal will allow ACC to work directly with some of Hollywood’s premiere talent. Under the agreement, Garner’s clients will have first-look access to all of ACC’s agencies for content opportunities. And vice versa.

Garner’s and Broken Road Production credits include hits such as Paul Blart: Mall Cop (Sony), Zookeeper (Sony), Knight & Day (Fox), Into the Storm (New Line), TAG (New Line) and the just released Mortal Kombat (New Line).

“I feel fortunate for all of the commercial and collaborative film and television success we have achieved with such an incredible depth and breadth of talent, directors and writers,” says Garner. “I want to bring our style and approach to brands.”

ACC, led by CEO Michael Nyman, the former CEO of marketing and PR firm PMK-BNC, positions itself as a new generation holding company. The network includes Stripe Theory, a digital agency focused on research, insights and analytics, MKG, a creative agency specializing in brand actions and experiences, and Pink Sparrow, a design and fabrication agency, specializing in experiential environments.

The companies’ leaders have been friends for more than two decades. “There are not many people in the business that have achieved what Todd has achieved with his history of creating appealing, popular and relevant content that really resonates with consumers. We expect to achieve the same success with marketing and advertising.”
