Ecommerce platform Yotpo has launched a service on the Salesforce AppExchange that it says will help users benefit from a loyalty-driven email marketing program.
The new offering, Yotpo Loyalty for Marketing Cloud, helps customers send more effective emails via the Salesforce Marketing Cloud, using Yotpo data.
The goal is to help brands “empower cross-channel communication strategies, better understand consumer behavior, and make better decisions that create lasting customer advocacy and brand loyalty," states Will Schnabel, senior vice president, business development & partnerships at Yotpo.
In addition, users can manage their email marketing campaigns and journeys in one place, the company says.
The offering is " a welcome addition to AppExchange, as it powers digital transformation for brands by helping drive meaningful customer loyalty experiences," states Woodson Martin, GM of Salesforce AppExchange.
In March, Yotpo announced that it had raised $230 million in Series F funding, its largest investment to date. Last August, it snared $75 million in Series E financing.
