BBH Reorganizes U.S. Operations, Puts New York Trio In Charge

BBH announced today that it is putting its New York and Los Angeles offices and BBH Entertainment under a single organization (and P&L) that will be led by its New York-based leadership team.

The agency is promoting its New York management trio, President Amani Duncan, Chief Creative Officer Rafael Rizuto and Chief Strategy Officer Tom Callard, to oversee the new operating entity BBH USA.

LA office CEO Frances Great and Chief Creative Officer Ned McNeilage are leaving, the agency confirmed.

BBH Global CEO Neil Munn stated, “As we look forward to the post-pandemic landscape, we believe now is the right moment to create a truly integrated U.S. presence, where we bring the best talent from both coasts together to work on our globally recognized clients.”

In part the shakeup is due to momentum at the New York office which has been on a growth surge this year, adding new clients including LinkedIn, Martell and Google Shopping.

Other clients at the Publicis agency include Barbie, Hulu, Samsung and Marvel.
