Interpublic agency Huge has appointed Lisa De Bonis Global Chief Experience Officer. She's tasked with overseeing the delivery of unified brand experiences for the agency's clients and reports to Matt Baxter who joined the agency as Global CEO in July.

Previously De Bonis was Managing Director at Accenture Interactive.

Separately, Huge announced the appointment of Toni Howard as Group Vice President, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, reporting to Kali Beyah, Global Chief Talent Officer. Previously Howard served as Diversity & Inclusiveness Leader for the National Tax & People Advisory Practices at Ernst & Young.
