JIM CHABIN, chief executive officer for Promax/BDA, has agreed to remain with the organization until 2010. Chabin originally served as president of the Promax/BDA from 1992 to 1999, leaving the organization in 1999 to join the Academy of Television Arts & Sciences. He rejoined the company in November 2002.
