Direct mail PostcardMania has formed a new digital-marketing division to assist small businesses in the digital marketplace.
The new unit, PCM Digital, will serve as a boutique agency, offering a range of digital services, including search, social media and website development.
The company’s mission is to “provide small businesses around the country the ability to run digitally integrated direct-mail campaigns affordably, at a scale that suits them, and will grow with them.” states CEO Joy Gendusa.
PostcardMania had started an effort to integrated targeted direct mail with matching Facebook and Google Ads. But that has been expended to include Gmail, Instagram and YouTube ads, along with custom landing pages, QR codes, Informed Delivery and the company’s tracking system
The company’s digital staff has grown from three in 2013 to 22 staffers today. Its total headcount now stands at 320, having grown by 35 positions in 2021. The company is continuing to staff up.
