Plugging 'Work Your World' Sadoun, Levy Offer Season's Greetings To Publicis Groupe Staffers

Publicis Groupe released its holiday wishes video today starring (per usual the last few years) CEO Arthur Sadoun and Supervisory Board Chairman Maurice Levy.

This year’s video combined season’s greetings with a heavy, humorous dose of promotion for the Groupe’s new Work Your World employee program, which enables staffers to work anywhere the company has offices around the world for six weeks in 2022.

In a series of fast-moving scenes, Sadoun and Levy fantasize about (and ultimately rule out) where they might like to work as the video opens in New York, where Levy is dancing down a flight of steps dressed like the Batman character Joker, ala Joaquin Phoenix in the 2019 film. Alas, it turns out that Sadoun (like most of us), has a phobia of “giant monkeys” as the action cuts to a scene from “King Kong” climbing the Empire State Building. Not with Fay Wray, but a couple of advertising luminaries in hand.

The pair ponder spending six weeks on a cruise ship, in the mountains, LA and other destinations with homages paid along the way to films such as "Titanic," "The Sound of Music" and "Pulp Fiction."

Yes, it sure looks like the Groupe’s dynamic duo had a lot of fun making this year’s video.

At the end of the clip, back in Paris, New Year wishes full of “incredible memories” are offered by the two executives as the screen goes dark with a graphic directing staffers to internal communications platform Marcel to explore working their world in 2022.

Right back at you, Arthur and Maurice.
