CEO Switch At Publicis Groupe's CRM Agency Hawkeye

Publicis Groupe CRM specialist Hawkeye has named Tina Posey as CEO. She succeeds W. Joe Demiero, who had been in the role for about two and a half years.

Posey, a 30-plus year industry veteran, joins Hawkeye from Omnicom’s CRM agency Javelin, where she was appointed CEO in 2019. She is credited with strengthening relationships there with clients such as Hyatt Hotels, Citibank and American Express.

Before being named CEO of Javelin, she president of the agency for three years.

Hawkeye, which is headquartered in Dallas and Chicago, was purchased by Publicis Groupe in 2014. It has 930 people across offices in North America and Europe. The agency works closely with Epsilon, also owned by Publicis Groupe, and often uses data from the company to create client campaigns and other programs.

Publicis Groupe acquired Epsilon in 2019 for about $4 billion.
