Rochester-based marketing agency Flynn has promoted Katie Flynn to president, the third generation of Flynns to run the agency. Her father Chris Flynn remains CEO.

Katie Flynn previously served as executive vice president supporting clients including MassMutual, Quest Diagnostics, John Hancock, Pfizer and others.

In her five years with the agency, she has focused on the direct-to-consumer space with an emphasis on performance marketing and experience management programs.  

As president, she will manage day-to-day operations and help develop initiatives deemed critical to the agency’s future.
