Horizon Media is
beefing up its business solutions team, adding Mark Capps as an executive vice president and managing partner.
Capps, who joins from Dentsu's Merkle unit, where he was senior vice president of
strategic accounts, previously held senior positions at FCB Global's HackerAgency, Publicis' Rauxa, and Havas' Euro RSCG 4D.
In his new role, Capps will oversee "the development of key client
relationships as well as building new agency relationships, strategic leadership, and team development," the agency said in a statement.
