Kristin Molinari Cohen has been named CMO of Sparks & Honey, a new position at the Omnicom cultural intelligence consultancy.
Cohen, who previously served as senior vice president-marketing and business development at the agency, will continue to report to founder and CEO Terry Young.
A five-year veteran of S&H, Cohen has been a key player in its repositioning towards a consultancy model and the launch of Q, its proprietary AI-based cultural intelligence platform.
She also oversaw the development of a modular product set to help customers monitor culture in real-time.
Prior to joining S&H, Coen held a variety of senior roles in media and advertising, including publisher of Saveur and Garden Design magazines.
