IPG-owned agency FCB has promoted Suzanne Santiago to EVP, managing director of the New York office. The role is a first for the agency.
A 22-year vet of FCB, Santiago was most recently
director of business leadership, overseeing a 30-person account management department and running the agency’s FDA Center for Tobacco Products’ public-education campaigns. Emma Armstrong,

growth and success of the agency."
Over the past two decades at FCB, Santiago has worked on numerous accounts, including AARP, Ad Council, Amtrak, AT&T, Barclaycard, Canon,
Citymeals-on-Wheels, Fidelity Investments, Four Seasons, JPMorgan Chase and Milkbone.
