WPP Appoints First Global Chief Talent And Inclusion Officer

WPP has appointed LJ Louis to the newly created role of Global Chief Talent and Inclusion Officer, based in New York and reporting to WPP Chief People Officer Jennifer Remling. She starts this week.

Louis will oversee WPP’s DEI, Talent Management, Talent Development and Talent Acquisition strategies across the organization.

She joins WPP from WeWork where she held a similar role and led global teams responsible for talent acquisition, talent management, employee experience and recognition, talent operations and employer brand.

Prior to WeWork, Louis was vice president, head of global leadership talent at L Brands, where she oversaw efforts to recruit executive talent.
