Range Rover is planning
a brand storytelling campaign in collaboration with Courageous Studios, the brand studio of CNN.
“Future Astronaut” will highlight some of
the women who will drive the future of space travel.
The two Courageous-produced branded short films are slated
to run in parallel with Range Rover’s sponsorship of "Space’s Next Chapter," CNN’s editorial series that will run throughout the summer on TV as well as social
and digital platforms including Facebook and Instagram.

The two films feature future Virgin Galactic
astronaut and dedicated mother Kellie Gerardi on her journey to prepare for her upcoming research mission.
Land Rover has been a sponsor of Virgin Galactic
since 2016. The partnership has included a special edition vehicle, the Range Rover Astronaut Edition.
The automaker chauffeured
Virgin Galactic founder Richard Branson in a Range Rover at Space Port before his voyage to space. Upon its return, a Defender 110 displayed its capability by towing the Virgin Space Ship Unity.
Land Rover is the official vehicle at Virgin Galactic Space Port. The automaker announced a
three-year extension of the partnership with Virgin Galactic in 2021.
In March, the automaker announced “Land Rover and Virgin Galactic Adventure of a Lifetime
Sweepstakes,” which gives Land Rover owners a chance to travel to space on a future Virgin Galactic Space Flight.
Anyone who
currently owns a Land Rover can register online by submitting their vehicle's VIN and some other bits of info, which counts as one entry. Placing an order for a new Land Rover nets 50 entries, while
actually buying or leasing a vehicle gets you 100 entries. Anyone who enters also gets credit for referring people to the sweepstakes, and there's no limit to how many entries you can get.
