Wolff Olins Expands LA Office, Hires Wilder To Head Design

Wolff Olins, the global brand consultancy, has enlarged its Los Angeles staff.

Thomas Wilder joins the agency as global principal for design. He will work alongside New York-based executive creative director Jan Eumann, and London’s Global ECD Emma Barratt and fellow GP for design Wayne Deakin.

Wilder will set the creative vision and connect brands across product, retail and digital.

This group will lead clients and oversee teams in both local and global arenas.

A  LA hire, with George Lavender also joins LA as associate creative director, who previously worked at COLLINS and Mother New York.

Wilder joins from food brand sweetgreen, where he was executive creative director. Before that, he worked at COLLINS, as partner and creative director, and clients that included Dropbox, Target, Twitch, Microsoft and The Museum of Moving Image.
