proposed class-action lawsuit accusing Walmart of falsely marketing store-brand cough syrup as "non-drowsy" has failed to meet the necessary requirements. A U.S. District judge ruled that the
plaintiff's claims for economic damages were blocked by federal drug law. Further, the plaintiff has no standing to ask for a court order against Walmart's marketing because she is not likely to be
injured by it in the future, according to the ruling.
