Advertiser Perceptions Closes 'Significant' Private Equity Deal To Fast-Track Growth

Privately held ad industry B2B market researcher Advertiser Perceptions has received a “significant investment” from Philadelphia-based private equity firm Eureka Equity Partners.

The amount and terms were not disclosed, but the 21-year-old researcher known for measuring the sentiment of advertisers and media-buying executives on the media industry, says the funds would be used to “improve product offerings and increase revenue.”

Eureka says its portfolio focuses on investing in companies “with up to $100 million in revenue across industry segments,” including business services, health care, speciality industrials and consumer products.

“Eureka leads buyouts that bring significant ownership to the operators driving the success of the business,” the private equity firm says.

Advertiser Perceptions Co-Founder and CEO Randy Cohen says the investment will “help fast-track our new phase of growth.”

Merger and acquisition advisory firm JEGI Clarity represented Advertiser Perceptions in the transaction.
