In an effort to drive growth and
innovation, the popular link-in-bio company Linktree has added three new executives -- Farnaz Azmoodeh as CTO, Sam Rogoway as CPO, and Monica Austin as CMO -- to lead its product, engineering and
marketing organizations.
Azmoodeh joins Linktree from Snap, where she served as vice president of engineering, led
the company’s AR (augmented reality) monetization organization, created a platform engineering initiative, and helped build Snap’s camera capabilities.
Prior to Snap, Azmoodeh gained experience in Google’s advertising teams, where she focused on ensuring brand safety for
online advertising campaigns across the company’s various platforms.
Rogoway, Linktree’s new chief
product officer, recently served in the same role at digital meditation company Headspace where he led global product and content strategy, and founded an internal content studio. Rogoway also founded
TripUp, a travel social network acquired by Sidestep/KAYAK.
Linktree’s new Chief Marketing Officer is Monica Austin, who has been recognized in
Forbes' 30 Under 30, AdAge’s 40 Under 40 and Business Insider’s CMOs to Watch lists.
Austin joins Linktree from Calm, the world’s leading mindfulness app, where she served as global head of marketing and communications for the past two years. Before that, Austin led
creative marketing for original series at Netflix, running the company’s editorial and social strategy, and oversaw strategic entertainment partnerships at Meta.
Over the past few years, Linktree has gained notoriety as the link-in-bio creator most used by brands and creators to earn money on major social media platforms via integrated tools like Shopify, Spring, Payment Lock and Tip Jar.
