New AI-Based Tool Supports Video Creation From Articles On A Publisher's Site

Online video platform STN Video has debuted a tool that it says uses AI to create a contextually matched video for every article on a publishing site.

STN Create references all the published elements, including writing, images and stats, freeing editors from having to do manual curation, the firm adds.

The goal is to ensure that publishers “have the most relevant video content in each and every article on their site,” states Jacquie King, COO, STN Video.

In addition, the new tool can help locally focused sites by creating 1:1 video matches for specialized content like local news, real estate listings, high-school sports, and/or classifieds, the company continues.

The resulting chain of hyper-relevant videos can drive more engagement and revenue, it adds.

STN Create also supports the instant creation of video carousels that recommends other articles from within the publisher’s site.

The firm contends that some videos are built from an RSS feed where only the latest headlines are pushed to the forefront, regardless of relevance.

STN Video works with such content providers as NFL, Condé Nast and MLB.
