Lally Upped To CEO, Highdive

Highdive named Megan Lally CEO. Previously, she was a managing partner at the company she co-founded.

"Megan has always been the leader of this company, and now we’re making it official," said Chad Broude, co-Chief Creative Officer and co-owner at Highdive.

New agency clients include Dollar Shave Club and State Farm. Its roster of existing clients include Jersey Mikes, Boost Mobile, Beam Suntory and Lay's.

Lally joined Highdive in 2016. Prior to that, she held posts at various agencies, such as Leo Burnett and DDB, where she worked on award-winning campaigns for Allstate, Donate Life America, and Capital One.

"Her passion is infectious and she makes everyone around her want to be the best version of themselves," said Mark Gross, Highdive’s co-founder-co-Chief creative Officer.

In the last year, the agency reported a 20% year-over-year growth and grew to 100+ employees.
