ESPN, Disney Entertainment CFO Moves To Warner Music

Warner Music Group has named Bryan Castellani executive vice president and CFO, effective Oct. 16.

Castellani succeeds longtime WMG CFO Eric Levin, who will stay on to assist with the transition until retiring in January. He will be based in New York and report to WMG CEO Robert Kyncl.

WMG is seeking to raise music subscription fees and harness AI to expand revenue streams.

Castellani spent more than 20 years with The Walt Disney Company, most recently as CFO of Disney Entertainment and ESPN.

Before serving as CFO for Disney Entertainment and ESPN, Castellani was executive vice president of finance for Disney Media and Entertainment Distribution, and before that was executive vice president and CFO of ESPN.

Disney has lost a series of senior managers over the past year, including its global CIO, Diane Jurgens, in late August.
