Renowned Chocolatier Chef Savors Baileys Newest Liqueur

Baileys is known for its liqueurs — and it is stocking a new addition: Baileys Chocolate Liqueur, a combination of Baileys Original Irish Cream and real Belgian chocolate.

To accompany the launch, Swedish agency Forsman & Bodenfors created a new spot in partnership with Chef Amaury Guichon, a renowned chocolatier known for his spectacular life-size creations, to help liqueur lovers experience chocolate in a new way.

The spot features Guichon at the Baileys Chocolate Cocktail Bar shaking up a cocktail using Baileys Chocolate Liqueur. The tasty twist: The Baileys Chocolate Cocktail Bar features a 42-inch tall bar, three bar stools and barware tools, including a shaker, jigger and strainer — constructed from 100% real Belgian chocolate.

Baileys new liqueur can be savored as a solo drink over ice, or as part of various cocktails, such as a vodka martini.

The campaign runs across social and digital media, as well as 3D out-of-home displays in Los Angeles and New York. Consumers can also follow @BaileysUS on Instagram for added surprises throughout the year.

Baileys, owned by Diageo, was the largest global liqueur brand worldwide in 2022, with volume sales of approximately 8.8 million 9-liter cases, according to Statista.

Produced and bottled in Ireland, Baileys was introduced in 1974 as the first Irish cream on the market.
