Code And Theory Rebrands Real Estate Giant Trammell Crow

Partnering with Stagwell’s Code And Theory, Trammell Crow Company, billed as the largest commercial real estate developer in the U.S., has rolled out its new global rebrand.

Founded in Dallas in 1948, TCC was acquired in 2006 by CBRE Group.

While the legacy TCC branding paid homage to the company's local roots and entrepreneurial spirit, the makeover is designed to showcase the firm’s growth and global ambitions as well as forward-looking company traits: modern, expansive, bold, and direct.

One of the core assets of the relaunch is TCC’s website. The new digital experience is designed to address the needs of the firm’s multiple constituencies including investors, building occupiers, community members, and potential employees.

DJ Sandler, global head of marketing, TCC says, “2023 marks TCC’s 75th year in business – an incredible milestone that presented an opportunity to celebrate the past and look ahead to the future with a renewed image. Our new brand is a modern take on the decades-long legacy that our business has built, and signals to the marketplace that we have grown from a national, locally focused firm into a truly global brand.”

Amy Carvajal, chief creative officer, Code and Theory, added, “We’ve equipped the brand with a new look and feel that will help fuel it for growth for the next 75 years.”

As of June 30, TCC had $17.1 billion of projects in process and $13.4 billion in its pipeline. It operates in 28 cities throughout the US and Europe.
