Omnicom has merged two agencies within its
Precision Marketing Group — digital marketing shop Organic and brand experience agency Barefoot.
Organic, now in its 30th year, is the surviving brand and will be overseen by Kristen Houston Hitch as president. She previously served at Barefoot for over a decade, most recently as its Cincinnati-based president.
The combined entity has offices in New York, Los Angeles and Cincinnati and will continue to focus on digital transformation assignments.
