What’s better than one free soda? How about a soda a day for just a penny?

With its “Penny Pops” promotion, Wendy's is offering small Coca-Cola Freestyle drinks for the small price of one cent. There is no additional purchase required for the drink.

The Coca-Cola Freestyle kiosk-type drink dispensers allow customer the choice of over 100 different beverages, all in one place. Wendy’s customers can choose from the usual Coca-Cola brand options, such as Classic, Diet, Coke Zero, Sprite, etc. but can also pick from other choices, like Dave's Cherry Cream Soda, Sprite Vanilla, Fanta Strawberry or even Vitaminwater.

Customers can pay their penny to redeem the Penny Pops offer through Wendy’s website or in-app. Participants are limited to one drink per day.

A release from Wendy’s cited the Penny Pop promo as a limited time offer with no end date stated.

Wendy’s founder Dave Thomas' Foundation for Adoption also recently published its 17th annual 100 Best Adoption-Friendly Workplaces list, which includes employers leading the way in providing adoption and foster care benefits. The report can be viewed here.
